How much does it cost?
Our standard price for a 2-hour long event on the mobile gaming truck is $425. There is a travel surcharge added to any reservation over 26 miles from our Main Office (7620 Rickenbacker Drive, Gaithersburg, MD 20879). Surcharge Rates 0-25 Miles = No extra charge 26-35 Miles = $50 Surcharge 36-45 Miles = $75 Surcharge 46-55 Miles = $100 Surcharge Over 56 Miles = Please call us!
What is required to reserve my event?
In order to secure your event, complete all registration information and include a non-refundable 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.
Do parents have to supervise?
No! KidsCo Play Game Coaches are hand selected have experience working with children of all ages. Our coaches are knowledgeable of all video games and ensure that your event is a success. Lastly, all Game Coaches have successfully completed a State & Federal background check.
Do you need to plug-in for electricity?
Our mobile gaming truck is powered by a generator and other equipment that is fully charged before your event.
How many players do your games accommodate?
Our 21-foot long mobile gaming truck can hold a max of 12 people at one time currently due to social distancing. We offer games that range from one to multiple players. We also have an outdoor station which can be used if weather permits.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
KidsCo Play will show up rain or shine! Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits can be transferred to another date if available, but transfers must be made no later than 15 days prior to event date. Events that are canceled within 48 hours from the scheduled event, or where no one is present upon arrival at the address provided by the client, will be charged the full amount.
